TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR REGISTRATION

I. PLACE, DAYS AND TIMES OF CONFERENCES.

a) Conference dates for THE CONGRESS: March 13 and 14, 2024.

Hotel Iberostar Paraíso del Mar (and Iberostar Paraíso Beach), Carretera Chetumal Avenida Benito Juárez Km. 309 Playa Paraíso, Riviera Maya, C.P. 77710, Quintana Roo, Mexico.

c) Schedule: Wednesday from 08:30 to 13:40 hrs. and Thursday from 08:50 to 15:30 hrs.

II. COSTS.

a) EL CONGRESO will apply registration discounts according to the number of people registered:

III. BANK TRANSFER DATA:

Banking information will be sent at the time of registration.

IV. CANCELLATIONS:

a) Cancellations may be made free of charge for those made 60 days or more prior to THE CONGRESO. 

b) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to THE CONGRESO will be subject to an administrative fee charge of 30% of the total amount paid. 

c) Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to THE CONGRESO will not be refundable.

V. VALIDITY OF CONFERENCE REGISTRATION.

a) Acceptance of this registration constitutes a commitment between THE ATTENDANT and the ORGANIZING COMMITTEE, represented for this event by AMEXFAL SA DE CV and ENLACE AL COMERCIO.

VI. DATA PROTECTION.

In order to comply with the provisions of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals and its Regulations, THE CONGRESO is obliged to treat the personal data of THE ATTENDANT in accordance with the Privacy Notice, which can be consulted at www.rendimiento.com.mx
